Resource Planning.

We partnered with Resource Planning, a Tauranga-based town planning and resource management consultancy, to design and build a new marketing website that reflects the same clarity they bring to their own client work. Resource Planning provides resource consenting, planning feasibility and advisory services to homeowners, developers, iwi and hapū, and central and local government - work that's often highly technical, and previously had no dedicated website to explain it.

The project covered a full website build alongside a complete content strategy: a six-service site structure spanning pre-application advice, resource consents, subdivision consents, Outline Plan of Works, consent compliance and pre-purchase assessments. Each page was written to speak to two very different audiences in the same breath - homeowners navigating an unfamiliar process, and developers who need a fast, accurate answer - translating planning and RMA terminology into plain English without losing accuracy.
