Awesome team and awesome results!

Love working with Responsive Web. We felt comfortable right from the start. I love how straight forward the answers to our questions were, love the honesty. This isn't a review about web design but ethics. Through an accounting error, we significantly undercharged Cy and he phoned up and corrected it (after the fact when we probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise). Anyone with this integrity is someone you want to do business with - highly recommend.

Cy (The boss) was responsive (excuse the pun), friendly, helpful, proactive, interested in my needs, wanted to add value, "got" my suggestions, and was always available, probably when, at times, he wasn't. :-) Cy provided clear, easy-to-understand information and in a very timely fashion, too. Responsive is a local Tauranga business, so I was on hand and could go to his office for the launch. And probably most important for me and most start-ups was how reasonably priced his service was. At the beginning of the COVID pandemic we realized that to stay a viable business we needed to update our website. After researching the local web site people we chose Cy from Responsive to update everything and we couldn't have made a better choice. He has been so easy to contact and nothing has been a problem for him. This will go to his head but he is also one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of doing business with, but will call a spade a spade when he needs to. Top bloke, top company.

Responsive developed our new website on Wordpress and WooCommerce at a competitive price. The service provided, along with the after sales support has been impressive. I would be very happy to recommend Responsive.

Cy is amazing! He has done such an outstanding job in getting our website and e-commerce store up and running. He is a wealth of knowledge especially around WooCommerce and all the plug ins you can install to carry out a number of tasks to make life easier. The company is named appropriately as Cy always responds very quickly and he's always on top of things. We definitely threw a few challenges at him but he just magically gets things sorted (I'm sure with a lot of hard work in the background) and nothing is ever an issue. So happy we chose Responsive Web for this journey!
