Tauranga Community Foodbank.

Tauranga Community Foodbank came to us with a website that was looking a little tired and was not facilitating their organisation needs as well as it could. They had a long wish list and we love a challenge, so we got stuck right in.

We put a lot of focus on clear messaging, making it super easy for whanau in need to find the information they required to get the help they needed.

As well as improving access and navigation for whanau, the team at Tauranga Community Foodbank wanted to make it easier for supporters and volunteers by digitising the onboarding process, easier for donors to make regular donations and run appeals campaigns by implementing an online donations and subscriptions platform, easier to manage volunteers by integrating with their CRM, easier to communicate with supporters, volunteers and donors by integrating with their email marketing tool. The list goes on, and we got it all done.

We really enjoyed working on this project and Tauranga Community Foodbank could not be happier with their new website.
