The Alpine Centre.

The Alpine Centre have been with us for a few years now - we rebuilt their eCommerce store in 2020. Three years on the store was still working well, but could do with a little spruce up.

Since 2020 Wordpress has undergone some big changes, with the biggest change being the adoption of Gutenberg (block editor) as the default content editor. Wordpress themes are now being developed as block themes - the future of Wordpress theme development.

This 'spruce up' was an opportunity to move from the traditional Wordpress theme to a fancy new block theme, and with it a bunch of new store features. So we got cracking and upgraded The Alpine Centre with a fresh new design while implementing a raft of 'quality of life' improvements to the store functionality, making the customer experience more streamlined and modern.

We're really pleased with how this one came out and The Alpine Centre love their new look, new feel online store.
